Our process is quite simple. When you need new hardware, you can come to ask us and let us know what you need. You may know exactly what you’re after, or you may need help with the scope.

 

We will work with you to figure out exactly what you need and then order it on your behalf. When it arrives, you can opt to have the devices set up by us, or you can do it yourself. You do not need to be a Myrtec FLEX customer to take advantage of this service.

Yes, your computer from the shops may come with a warranty or maybe even an extended warranty, but it won’t be shipped back to the vendor if there’s an issue. It will be sent to whichever local computer repairer they are affiliated with, and it could take weeks to months to get it back.

 

Alternatively, at Myrtec, we partner with leading computer hardware suppliers. If there are any issues with your device, we will send them back to the vendor and communicate with them on your behalf, from which you can expect a much speedier turnaround.
