Remote IT support allows our technicians to access your computer or device securely over the internet. Using specialised software, we can view your screen, control your system (with your permission), and resolve issues as if we were sitting right in front of your device.

Many IT issues can be resolved remotely, including software problems, network issues, email setup, virus removal, and system optimisation. Hardware issues may require on-site support.

We take our Service Level Agreements seriously and prioritise service cases based on the impact to the end user. If an issue is urgent (a service becomes completely unavailable), we aim to provide same-day service and resolve this within 30 minutes or 4 hours at the latest. For other major issues, we will aim to solve these within 2 hours or 8 hours at the latest. Any minor change requests will be dealt with within 4 hours or the next business day at the latest.
